We assist with organizing information, completing forms when permitted, and preparing supporting documents for submission. We do not provide legal advice or representation.

Ongoing Guidance & Referrals

When legal advice or representation is needed, we help identify appropriate next steps and refer individuals to qualified legal service providers.

Sliding-Scale Support Model

Ability-based contribution

Non-legal immigration services are offered using a sliding-scale fee, based on individual financial circumstances.

       Accessibility first

The sliding scale helps reduce barriers so support remains available regardless of income level.

  Program sustainability

Contributions help cover basic operating costs and support other community programs and educational services

Supporting continued services

All fees are used to sustain services and expand access — not for legal representation or advice.
