DeKalb County, Georgia

Real Support for
Families Who Need It Most.

We are an independent nonprofit providing translation, navigation, youth education, food access, and community support to families building new lives in our community.

About DPS

Here When Other Doors Close

DeKalb Public Services Corporation was founded to fill a gap that too many families in our community knew too well — needing help but having nowhere consistent to go. We work with low-income families, immigrants, refugees, and anyone in our area who is navigating a system that was not built with them in mind.

Our funding comes from donors and grants. Our accountability is to the people we serve.

What We Offer

Six Ways We Show Up

Each program addresses a real gap — direct support for families who need it, without bureaucracy or barriers.

Translation & Navigation Services

We connect families to hospitals, schools, courts, and social services — in their own language. No one should miss critical support because of a language barrier. We serve as interpreters, advocates, and guides.
