How It Works

Trips are earned, not given.

Each quarter ends with a group trip. Participants earn their spot based on four things — all within their control.

Attendance

Show up. That’s the foundation of everything else.

Behavior

Respect for the space, for staff, and for each other.

Academic Effort

Showing up to school and putting in the work.

Academic Growth

Grades moving in the right direction over time.

Program Structure

Four quarters. Four themes. Four trips.

Each quarter has a focus that builds on the last — and a trip at the end that participants earn their way into.

Quarter 1
Foundation

Learning how the program works, building trust within the group, and establishing the habits the rest of the year depends on.

Quarter 2
Identity & Back to School

Who am I, where do I come from, and how do I carry that into the school year.

Quarter 3
Conflict & Pathways

How to handle conflict, make decisions under pressure, and start thinking about what comes next.

Quarter 4
Pathways & Celebration

Looking ahead. Closes with a celebration of the full year’s work.
